The partner portal replaces the tedious search for files on the website, on YouTube and via shared links – and informs partners as soon as something changes.
B-System has gathered all materials intended for partners in one place. brought together in a central, searchable locationThe portal offers datasheets, manuals, brochures, product images, installation instructions, and videos. It also serves as a communication channel, keeping partners informed long after a file has been published.
Not just online, but in real life
A Document library This should not be a static snapshot. Registered partners are notified by email as soon as materials are added or updated. This way, for example, they receive a revised instruction manual directly, instead of having to discover it by chance.
An activity history shows what was added, replaced, or updated and when. Each resource has a version number and a date of last modification. When a file is replaced, the version number is automatically incremented. This allows partners to see at a glance which document is the most up-to-date.
Together, these functions transform the portal from a mere file archive into an active communication link between B-System and local partners.
A search that reads document contents
The portal's search function searches not only file names but also the content of documents. It supports PDFs with up to 80 pages per document, Word and Excel files, CSV files, plain text files, Markdown, HTML and XML, JSON, and video subtitle files.
Partners no longer need to know in advance which document contains a specific answer. They can search directly for the information they need. For example, if a term only appears on page 12 of an installation manual, that manual will still be displayed in the search results. A highlighted text excerpt immediately clarifies which file contains the relevant information.
The search also includes titles, filenames, descriptions, and folder names. Even the names of files within a ZIP archive are searched. This eliminates the need to download and open an archive first to find out what it contains.

View before you download
Images are displayed directly. For PDF files, the first page serves as a preview image. Videos can be played directly in the portal and also have a preview image. YouTube content is displayed alongside other files, instead of appearing only as a separate link.
Designed for everyday work
Registered partners can download an entire folder, including all subfolders, as a single ZIP file.
A new list of saved materials allows each user to create a personal favorites list with a single tap on the heart icon.
The user interface is available in eight languages and can be used just as conveniently on the construction site via a smartphone as at a desk.
Partners can invite their own customers.
Partners can also share the portal with their own customers. Visitors can browse the content immediately as guests or register with their name, company, and email address.
After registration, they gain access to extended partner features, such as the ability to download entire folders as a ZIP file and notifications about updates.
Selected materials can only be made available for download to registered partners. For all other visitors, it will still be visible that the corresponding document exists.
